This policy explains what personal information MEAXS, the MENA Market Access Academy ("MEAXS", "we"), collects through meaxs.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Applications: your name, email, mobile or WhatsApp number, country, city, employer, job title, function, experience, LinkedIn profile, program and format preferences, your written answers, and your CV.
• Access Brief and resources: your email address and, if you provide them, your job title and country.
• Enquiries: the details you include in a corporate or contact form.
• Technical data: basic information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider.

How we use it

• To review applications, contact candidates and arrange interviews.
• To respond to enquiries.
• To send the MEAXS Access Brief and program updates, only if you have asked to receive them.
• To protect the site against misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decisions about admission.

Your consent

We process application and enquiry information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and to take steps you have requested. Marketing emails are sent only with your separate consent. You can unsubscribe at any time through our contact page.

Where it is stored

The site and the information submitted through it are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Information may be processed outside your country of residence. Access is limited to the MEAXS team members who need it. The MEAXS team also receives a copy of each application and enquiry by email, so this information is also processed by our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep application information, including CVs, only for as long as we need it to manage applications for MEAXS programs, and we delete it sooner if you ask us to. We keep Access Brief subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time, through our contact page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

Cookies

Fonts and all other site files are served from meaxs.com itself, not from third-party services. meaxs.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use a small functional cookie to remember that you have unlocked our free resources.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
